Stress - Main Culprit of Sub-Health Condition

The sub-health condition is the rseult of excessive pressure from our daily lives. Other factors that contribute to sub-health include unhealthy lifestyle, such as indulging in high-salt, high-fat diets, excessive smoking and drinking and lack of exercise. The detrimental effects of environmental pollution also exacerbates our living conditions.

Our stressful lifestyle weakens our immune system, which is often a warning sign for us.

As sub-health is not a state of being ill, we cannot depend on doctors or medicine to free ourselves from the condition. Instead we should take initiatives to regulate the pace of our lifestyles and prevent the onset of chronic illnesses caused by stress.

Natural healing techniques can alleviate physical and psychological discomfort induced by daily stress to achieve optimal well-being.
