Are you "Sub-Healthy"?

The "sub-healthy" is defined by TCM practitioners as a condition of mental and physical state caused by stress. It refers to the transition stage between health and illness.

There are no obvious signs of mental and physical aliments in the sub-health state. Nonetheless, the condition is manifested through varying symptoms of discomfort and psychological disturbances. Research shows that only 15% of the global population is healthy, another 15% is unhealthy, while as much as 70% of the total population is sub-healthy.

Main Symptoms of Sub-Health Conditions

i) Physical
Feeling feebie, prone to fatigue, unable to think clearly, facial pains, eye strain, blocked nose and dizziness, sleeping disorder, numbness in the limbs; morning discomfort, chest pains, stiffness in the shoulder and neck, palpitations etc

ii) Psychological
Depression, feeling listless, memory loss, anxiety and irritation, nervousness etc

iii) Emotional
Apathy, hopelessness, helplessness, loneliness, emptiness, recklessness etc
